Estée Lauder has some new products out that will double your eye pleasure!

 

Estée Lauder Sumptuous Two Tone Eye-Opening Mascara - $32 - brings a dual approach to your lashes, combining two contrasting shades and two distinct brushes for instantly lifted, beautiful eyes. Boldly dress your upper lashes in rich black and define your lower fringe with a more subtle hue for an intense eye-brightening effect. Is there a  point to using a darker shade on top and lighter on the bottom you may ask... Yes, indeed! They work together to really open up the eyes!

The brush for the top lashes adds bold drama while defining, lifting and thickening even the sparsest lashes with weightless volume while the tiny brush for the bottom lashes adds definition and soft luster - all with an ultra light formula and lash thickening fibers. I tried out the black/blue combo in both the mascara and eyeliner. Double ended packaging isn't my favourite - it's bulkier and I always get confused about which part of the mascara has the brush and which is the mascara - and I miss having a smudger on the eyeliner. On the plus side, it does make travel easier - you can carry around twice the product in the same amount of space!

The mascara has nice length and volume - this is only one coat too!

Here is two coats on both eyes as well as the blue bottom lash colour - as you can see, it isn't crazy blue or anything so if you were worried, don't be! Same with the liner - the bottom line is blue but it's more like a really deep navy so it's not noticeably blue unless you really look.

Good length and even a bit of curl!
